    The overall experience was satisfactory. The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is near the cable car and the major shopping malls and some nice restaurants and a Wallgreen where I got a nice SF rain jacket (was raining during my stay) for 20 bucks. The only negative thing I can say is one of the double beds in my room may need to be replaced soon as the spring was felt in one area.

    We pre-paid for our room (non-refundable rate) and save a bucket of money. If you know that you are for sure going to be there on those dates and your plans are not going to change, consider pre-paying. We paid $* for a city-view room, whichwas well worth it. There is a Starbucks right in the lobby. If you have status with Hilton Honors (not sure what is the minimum status is), you can get a voucher for a grande Starbucks drink, water or oj, pastry and piece of whole fruit. A real value. Great lobby to sit and enjoy a coffee and talk. Parking is pricy, so you might check parking in the area if staying more than a day.

    would definately stay again. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk very friendly. The restaurant inside hotel totally outrageous in price. $* for 2 for a breakfast buffet, do not recommend!!!! Conceirge very friendly and helpful at all hours of the day.

    First time staying in Union Square and loved it! The hotel staff was great and the room was very nice and clean. Great location, weekend get aways is all about location. I enjoy weekend get aways where I can walk to eat and shop. The trolly ride is only $*. I would definitely say here again and recommend to friends.
