    Hotel was great!.. i loved the location and hotel service was great! the bed was super comfortable and due to location did not need a car!!!!

    The Hilton has a great location, right down by Union Square and close to most of what you'll want to see, or access to transportation to get you where you want to go. Clean rooms, very comfortable, great pillows! Would like to see free wifi, shouldn't that just be standard?

    I found this hilton to be very nice and comfortable. i'll will do anything i can to try and stay there again on any future visit to the city.

    Front desk was helpful and friendly, as was the concierge. I asked about paying extra to get a cot in the room, if it would be more comfortable than the sofa bed, which had no support. They were frank in advising me that their cots folded in the middle and were not any more particularly comfortable than the sofa beds. (Earlier in week stayed in Handlery Hotel, which had wonderful cots that rolled around on end so had no fold; felt like a real twin bed.) Internet was very inconvenient, also. I thought it had free internet, but it turned out you had to go down to the lobby each time you wanted to use it, unless you were willing to pay a fee to use it in the convenience of your room, with a desk. The lobby was actually very large and nice with many comfortable seats with plentiful electric outlets, so you were in good company while surfing or working. Convenient kiosk for free self-service printing of your boarding passes, also. But otherwise - very nice exercise room (no indoor pool), the double beds and pillows were wonderful, and the noise did not keep me up despite being right downtown. Deluxe room with 2 doubles was very comfortable in size with large desk, many outlets in easy reach, large screen TV, sofa bed, coffee table, and room to walk around. We did not use room service, as it was very expensive.

    We were out just traveling with friends for the weekend just to get away... this hotel is very close to the heart and soul of union square and just exiting ...

    We were out just traveling with friends for the weekend just to get away... This hotel is very close to the heart and soul of union square and just exiting your hotel there are very many options to choose to eat as well as a really cool Irish pub about a block away... After a night of drinks with friends we went back to a liqure store to buy some drinks and wanted to have a fridge in our room to keep drinks cold we ask the lovely "Sara" to help us out by getting one sent up and she did... free*... had a great night...
