    We arrived quite late, but had no trouble checking in with the friendly staff. The following morning the staff was once again helpful when we inquired about baggage storage after checkout and transporation to the airport. Comfortable room and quite clean.

    The Hilton at Union Square San Francisco was everything I expected. The room was clean, and staff helpful and friendly. Their service was very efficient. The view from Tower 1 was fantastic.

    I've stayed here a few times and both times have been pleasant. Nothing out-of-the-ordinary but comfortable, close to restaurants and shopping, staff was friendly enough and there's a restaurant and starbucks in the lobby.

    Everything about this hotel stay was wonderful. We arrived around 11 a.m after a very early (4:50 a.m.) departure from our hotel the night before, and a 3 1/2 hour flight. We inquired at the front desk if we could leave our luggage there till check-in time. Lo & behold, we were told that our room was ready and we could check-in immediately! Our room on the 40th floor had a marvelous view of the city and Golden Gate Bridge -- what a thrill for our grandsons on their first visit to San Francisco!

    This hotel was terrific! Not only is it beautiful, but the staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the pool/hot tub on the 16th floor was great. I stayed on a weekend that large conference was going on and it did not compromise the service. I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back.
