Short walk to cable car and subway stations from the hotel was definitely convenient. The hotel is also close enough to walk to many fine restaurants in the area. The only complaint is that they charge for the Internet connection, but I had a tethering-capable smartphone, so that was okay for me.

Location is great. Staff is friendly, and always willing to help in any matter. You feel safe in the hotel, they have security staff all the time, so if you are walking to the hotel at night you feel safe.

02/04/2011This hotel was loud all the time, we couldn't get assistance, and every service required at least a 30 min wait.

The location is nice and the hotel is enormous and most likely the largest hotel in the city. They charge to much for parking. Don't purchase the Starbucks in the hotel its over priced and you can walk a block away and save half your money at a the other Starbucks store.
