Our son is in school in San Francisco and this Hilton is our home away from home. Even though it is a very large hotel the staff makes you feel very welcome and special. The location is near Union Square and of course the city is very easy to get around from this location. The rooms have always been clean and large enough not to feel cramped even when there for 4-5 nights. We will stay here every visit that we make to visit SF and love it! Some of the most comfortable beds ever!

Everything was perfect for my needs, including the exercise facility and business ammentiteis. My only hesitation is that it seemd like I was 1 quarter mile from the elevator on some very long and narrow hallways. The upside is the narrow width of the cooridors is given to expand the square footage of the room.

In general I really enjoyed the hotel. This hotel was surprisingly nice. I didn't want to leave. Service was friendly. My view was great and everything was clean. I have travelled quite a lot and I know the difference between a quality hotel that cares about how their guest feel. The Hilton SF was great.

I found the hotel location to be ideal with plenty to do downtown and also close to public transportation to reach other parts of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and definitely big enough for a few people. Bathroom was nice and clean. Overall, my experience was very positive, I would stay again if I were going back to San Francisco.
