    In general the hotel was fine: clean, neat, and just fine. In the last few years I have had to spend 30 to 40 nights a year in hotels and have learned that value is more important than frill. In general, staff, beds, how clean, and room quality are pretty even across most hotels and hotel chains. Maybe this is San francisco but where I come from to spend $30.00 on a breakfast buffet is crazy. I went to a conference on a state budget and $30. 00 is what we are generally allowed for the day not just one meal. To have a drink at the bar in the lobby was $22.00 for a tap beer and a drink. It seems that the surrounding area is very similar in price and service. I guess just a little shocked. I would have to think twice before recommending the whole area to friends or co-workers due to the significant cost, compared to other travel experiences I often have. I know to compare it to a smaller hotel is not fair due to size and overhead, but the nights I stayed there the cost of the room paid for a fridge, micro-wave, and very similar breakfast, not provided, that much smaller places provide.

    Great hotel. From the moment we arrived there was a fanatastic vibe with masses of people in the lobby area but yet we were looked after with great individual customer service. Loved our stay here, would totally recommend to anyone.

    This is a very amazing place. A very chic and classy hotel. The staff are warm and accommodating. The location is perfect with restaurants and shopping center nearby. It's a lil' bit pricy but everything was a total fit for us. Would like to go back there. ;)
