    Given the location the hotel was well worth the price. Security was good and, although the noise proofing was not the best, my wife and I enjoyed our short stay. We would choose this hotel again without hesitation.

    I have stayed here before and now I know why I keep coming back. The hotel is centrally located to cable cars, shopping and a variety of restaurants for every pocket book. The rooms are clean and if I forgot to bring something, it was only a phone call away. The staff made me feel so welcome. I had to catch a shuttle at 5:30am and the bellman walked me to the lower garage and stayed with me until the shuttle arrived. It made me feel safe and secure. Well worth the cost of hotel just to feel safe and cared about. I will definitely stay again.

    This is well-located, within 5 minutes of the heart of union square and close to the powell cable car stop. i would definitely stay there again.

    The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing that is quite upsetting is the $51.00 a day parking fee on top of the room price. Across the street there is a parking garage for $32.50 a day, which was a little less painful. The extra parking fee makes you feel like a 2nd class citizen staying at their hotel.
