    Very nice room and service overall. It was a nice and comfortable stay I had. I have stayed in the hotel every time when I travel to SF for business for the past several years. The only minor complaints I may have are that: a) the sound isolation between rooms is not very good; and b) the internet connection charge is a bit too high.

    If you want to see San Francisco this this is the perfect hotel to do it from. We walked to every location except Hyde Park and the Golden Gate Bridge. But then the bus system was just around the corner. The Hotel was excellent. One of the nicest I have ever stayed at. Parking was easy, places to eat and shopping. My family and I could not have asked for a better hotel experience or vacation.

    I was thrilled with the location of the Hilton San Francisco Union Square! We were able to walk to most every destination or hop on a famed cable car just blocks away. The lobby is grand, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were nicely appointed although, a bit small for lounging around. - good thing you don't go to San Francisco to stay in your room. I would definitely choose to stay again. The price was right, in comparing other accommodations, and being close to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping is what it is all about!

    We started out in a room that backed up to the elevator shaft. So finally at midnight we couldn't take the noise anymore and had to move. Only after making several phone calls to the front desk were we allowed to move. Very unprofessional staff. Would never stay there again.

    I'm from a fairly big city... I visit San fransisco often.. The room was nice and mostly updated.. Very clean.. Staff wasn't pleasant. When I read about the room deal online it definitely made the room specials out to be what they weren't. Basically- go big or don't bother. That and parking was horrible and so far from check in. No free breakfast!
