    I made special arrangements for an early check-in. When I arrived, they told me 3 p.m. was the earliest i could check in even with the arrangements. The lady was really rude and I even had to make a big deal about parking in order to park my car when I arrived at 11 am needing to clean up for my meetings. Then I needed to print something for my meeting and their computer mouse didn't work in their business service. The lady rudely informed me that the batteries had been dead for a couple days and she just hadn't gotten around to changing them and wouldn't have time that day. Had I not had people meeting for meetings at the hotel, I would have walked out right then and there. Had to go to my meetings without a shower. She didn't let me check in until 3:10. Then my tub jets didnt work and I found a pop bottlle under my bed. I can deal with alot but rude staff is not acceptable.

    I arrived at the hotel on a Saturday morning at 10am and needed to be at a wedding at Golden Gate Park at 2. Upon checking in I was told checkin was not until 1. I told them of my situation with needing to get to a wedding at 2. The manager immediatly called housekeeping who in turn stopped what she was doing and cleaned our room for us. I was surprised because you don't see customer service like this anymore especially from a big hotel. Next time I am in San Francisco, this is where I will stay.
