    Although my stay was relatively short (only 2 nights), I found this hotel to be perfect for my needs. The location ensured easy access to area sights and to public transportation options. The personnel serving at the concierge desk were extremely helpful - regardless of the time or the number of guests bombarding them with questions, I found each of them to be courteous and professional. This is a relatively large hotel complex and extremely busy with international tourists. To be able to give such friendly and helpful service is more than a bit commendable.

    The hotel has a great lobby and breakfast buffet. The hotel is mutilple buildings where parts need updating and refurbishing as the room and hallways are old. The hotel is close to Union Square, shopping, and various restaurants.

    We stayed here for our 38th anniversary. At check in they gave us a room on the 39th floor overlooking the bay. Room was very large and very clean. Staff was extremely courteous. Front desk very helpful. Restaurant had good food. We walked from the hotel and used the trolly cars to get around. When we visit SF again we will definetely stay here.
