    This hotel is in a great location. Plenty of activity around. Lobby was bustling almost all night long on the weekend. Service was great. Rooms were good but the bathroom doors of my room were a bit strange. Double doors that opened outward and did not lock. Other than the doors, the room was nice, view was good.

    Room size was a bit small for 2 of us, the bed confort on the other hand was as good as it gets, by far this has been the most confortable bed in a Hotel that I have slept in.

    I stayed here with friends during a visit to sf. the hotel is great! it's a block from union square and the sf center.

    Reserved a superior king size room. room was right next to the elevator shaft and could hear the elevator going up and down. went to desk and asked to change ...

    Reserved a superior King size room. Room was right next to the elevator shaft and could hear the elevator going up and down. Went to desk and asked to change rooms. We were able to change; but ended up in a smaller room. Was a hassle to move all belongings from one tower the the other, hotel staff didn't send anyone to help us with the move.

    The location was perfect for visitors to San Francisco. Its general location made it easy to get to and from the airport on BART. Having the Cable Car turnaround just a block from our hotel was perfect for getting to and from every place we wanted to visit. We were a little disappointed in the dining selections in the hotel itself but there was a variety within walking distance. Overall, an excellent place to stay! Next time we'll request a room with a view towards the Wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge!! We had a nice view of the city though!
