    We got a fabulous room upgrade for $* extra a night when we checked in and that gave us a great view of the Bellagio Fountains from the Augustus Tower 33 floors up. Well worth the money. The room was great except the TV was subpar and could've used at least a 37 inch plasma for the money. Other than that, the room, shower, view was superb. The hotel itslef is great, as the Forum Shops and Casino floor are top notch. The only complaint I had was the pool. They did not require guests using the pool to show their room key to access the pool area and it was impossible to find two chairs during the day as tons of chairs were unoccupied but had towels on them so we couldn't use them without knowing if the occupants had left or were still in the pool. That became annoying as the weather was 100 plus all week. The buffet is also not that great compared to other hotels like Paris and Bellagio, but that's splitting hairs. All in all, the hotel was great.

    Check in/out was a complete joke! It took FOREVER! You would think with such a BIG hotel they would have more than 3 or 4 people working to check people in/out! Other than that part of it, it was a very nice place to stay. Loved the pools and most people said the hotel was so big that it took forever to get to your room. That wasnt an issue for us. Our room was very close to the elevator and entrance out of the hotel. Gambling there was pretty decent. It wasnt packed and the slots were fair. I did enjoy my stay at Caesars but I want to give some place else a chance next trip! Would I stay again, yes!

    The Caesars Palace Hotel is gorgeous & everyone is friendly. We ate @ the hotel Cafe near the front desk more than once with excellent service & food & @ the Rao Restaurant one night for dinner. We ate more than once @ the Payard Pastry Counter. All the above-mentioned restaurants were excellent with delicious food. The bed in my room is my only complaint. I really felt is was too firm & uncomfortable. The room is clean & decorated beautifully. The pool is huge, very clean & it is just delightful to be there. I took many pictures of it. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel with an absolutely perfect location. Although i did not have a meeting, my family member did and he said it was an amazing room.

    Been to vegas many times and stayed mostly at the mirage, luxor, mgm and some others. the casino is a maze that make's no sence at all, the food ...

    been to vegas many times and stayed mostly at the mirage, luxor, mgm and some others. the casino is a maze that make's no sence at all, the food was average but the prices where way to high. some of the staff i even would not employ them at a mc donald. we believe that we even had bed bugs biting us. we stayed 4 nights and i will never set foot in that place again.o by the way the minibar in the room is about the latest technolagy ripp off i ever seen, just open the door and touch anything of the overpriced beverages and it will be on your bill instanly. the construction going on in the casino kept us from getting any sleep after 7 am. i could go on but i will not waste my time. good luck in making your casino choice

    I have traveled to Las Vegas SEVERAL times; however, this is my first stay at Caesars Palace. Caesars is centrally located on the "Strip"...easy to walk to many different attractions and venues. The room I stayed in was fine....clean and neat...nothing special. It was espcially convenient as my wife was traveling for a conference...also located at Caesers. I do not believe there was value the price of the hotel room, even with the Travel online discount. Room/maid service had not cleaned our room from the night before until after we left for an early dinner at 4:00pm. The hotel/casino is a maze which is hard to navigate. We ate at the restaurant Rao; this is suppose to be one of the best Italian restaurants in Las Vegas. Our meals were average at best and over priced. I have had the same quality of food from Olive Garden. Additionally, Caesars touts that the price for your stay is "all inclusive"; however, all the other departments still had additional charges for their services. One example was for the use of the gym; it cost an additional $* to work out per day. Another example was the charge to use the business center to print two pages: cost = $*. Caesars is a nice hotel with nice rooms, shops, restaurants. The staff was courteous and friendly.....for the most part. Overall, I would have a hard time justifying the money to stay at Caesars again, even with the Travel online discount. I personally do not feel it was a good value for the services my wife and I received.
