We go to Vegas once a year. We like to stay at different hotels each time we go. We've stayed at Caesars before, but in the newer tower. Decided to stay at Caesars this time. We were in the Roman Tower this time. Elevators were slow, room was old. My husband sneezed constantly. Sockets were coming out of wall. TV in bathroom(I wouldn't even call it a TV), my phone was bigger than that. Fan switch in bathroom broke. Just overall really old and in much need of a total makeover. To top it off we were on the 13th floor. Who has a 13th floor nowadays? Love Vegas, but staying elsewhere next time.

I took my mother to Caesar's last year for Thanksgiving and we had a blast. We got upgraded to a beautiful spacious room with an amazing jacuzzi. Had great views of the Strip from our room. The staff was excellent; the cocktail servers in certain areas remembered my mom and greeted her every night and recalled her drink order. Location is wonderful; easy to walk everywhere. Caesar's is so huge that we discovered a new area almost daily. Trevi was our favorite casual restaurant to sip some wine and people watch over great food at an affordable price @ The Forum Shops. We liked gambling at Caesar's more by a landslide than at Bellagio, Cosmo, or Aria. Much better environment on the casino floor. My mom was so impressed with everything that it made me feel great about my choice with Caesar's.

Very nice hotel with a lot of impressive art inside. You go everywhere and everywhere it is very beautifull. I don't know why they have only 4 stars. We were in Bellagio (next one), Ceasers is much more beautifull even though Bellagio has a bigger casino. Location is really best as it right in the center of Las Vegas - so it's easier to get to any place. About cautions - minibar is full of all possible bottles but be carefull to touch it as automatic system works the way that if you take a bottle out and put for example your own beer (that you've bought in a store) it will calculate the rate for the bottle as it thinks you have used it even though you put it back later - so it can be a point to discuss during check out. Be carefull Internet is not included!!!! We were during the middle of the week so we've got good rates

As far as the hotel we were very pleased with the service and staff. But our actual trip to Vegas was a disaster because the airlines lost our luggage. I had explained this to the clerk at the hotel in hopes that I could at least lay down for a little bit before my seminar started . They actually let us check in earlier but we had to pay an extra fee. Which I wished they would not have charged but I guess they were just following their protocol. I wanted to thank the security guard who let me plug in my cell phone in the middle of he night because my battery was dying and of course my phone charger was in my luggage. I would definetly stay at Caesar again
