04/16/2012We arrived around 6:30 pm, the rollaway i had requested was not in the room. tried to call the desk but no one answered. walked to the desk and ...
We arrived around 6:30 PM, The rollaway I had requested was not in the room. Tried to call the desk but no one answered. Walked to the desk and after waiting in line, was told it would be right there. 9:00 PM, still no rollaway. Walked back to the desk, waited 15 minutes in line, and was told again it would be right there. Finally showed up around 9:30. Also, It wasn't mentioned that it would cost 15 dollars a night for the rollaway, and that parking was additional also.
