I was really concerned after I read some of the previous reviews but our experience was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. It all depends on what your looking for.....We drank blended drinks and tap beer and did shots to get our buzz on. We tried the Buffet's and the individual restaurants and found the food to be adequate. This was our first all-inclusive and I felt we definitely got our money's worth. We would go back. The only real complaints we had were that there was not really any internet service after you left the lobby and there were always so many people there using it that it was a little slow. The beds were pretty hard and the shower heads totally blasted you, but they weren't big enough negatives to make us not want to go back. The rooms on the end of the resort by the pool with the swim up bar are the best location and that pool is the one we used the whole time. Luckily we had a room close by because there aren't bathrooms close by that pool but there are by the activity pool.

Food was "complicated", multiple sit down resturants in different parts of resort. Drink /Bar service was great. Food choices are limited because each serving site only has part of total resort menu. One buffet night where they served everything at one site by pool. That was more my style. Never went hungry, late light snack grill was a nice option. Rooms, Pools were excellent , not 5 star but pretty nice. Dissapointed in dive shop, not really a shop just a place to arrange dives. Did not want to rent to you if you were not diving with them, wanted everything back real early. No wireless in rooms, but decent in commen areas and some patios

Went to Cozumel in December and stayed at the Sabor. The room was average but the bed was HARD! I asked for a foam mattress topper and they brought it right away and it helped alot. The pools were gorgeous and the restaurants were clean and had decent food. You can not beat the view!! All the staff were very nice and helpful. Internet was only in the check-in area which was not all that bad. It kept me from constantly trying to read work emails. I will be returning in April with more friends and cannot wait!

When we first arrived, Luis told us "Welcome home". Everything about this place made us feel like this is where we belong. We would go back tomorrow if we could. We explored ancient ruins, swam with a sea turtle, and took way to many pictures of iguanas .... The food is amazing and the staff is better. We felt so safe and the staff always pointed us in the right direction. What a perfect place to spend our anniversary :)
