There were no towels available in the pool area. The cable in the room did not work. The continental breakfast was very sad, all of the rolls/biscuits/cinnamon rolls were rock hard (and it was only 730am). I go to this hotel monthly for a meeting and I was overall disappointed. I didn't have high expectations to begin with so the fact that they could not even meet those tells you something.

Cleaner than the Phoenix Suites in Vancouver, but they don't pick up dirty glasses, plates, dump the ice bucket, or vacume your room. Very friendly, and well-located (close to several restaurants, but no fast food#. Rooms are nice; very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is AWFUL #powdered eggs and tortillas#, with very little variety or selection, and there are no breakfast places nearby, so you're out of luck there #although it IS free). Coffee in the breakfast room is EXCELLENT. The free internet is terrific. Staff is very friendly.
