This hotel is close to many attractions and beaches. But a couple of things I didn't like upon arriving to hotel. When I first arrived at the registration desk they asked me if I was planning on parking. I said Yes and they instruct me to use my room key as a way into their parking area. They didn't informed me that there is a $21 charge per night to use their parking. Let say if you decide to not use their parking lot the next available parking in down the hill where the hotel is at AND you have to read the sign because on a certain day and time they need that area clear. The room I got was great. Comfortable bed, a mini living room, two TVs, and a separate shower and bath tub. What I didn't like, my door would get stuck on opening. I had to push hard on the door to open. At night, you can almost hear majority of the doors slam shut. Internet is not free. It's $12.95 per day and there is a restaurant inside the hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights in king bed standard suite. Suite was really big. It's located close to the airport and not far form ocean beaches (about 20 minutes to Balboa beach). I didn't like their bed at all. It was too soft for me and pillows were too big. But this stuff is very personal.

Very nice hotel. Great and accommodating staff. Clean, modern and comfortable. Located right across the street from the Newport Bay trail system giving great and instant access to the trail system around the Back Bay for walking, running, biking or just watching the tide come and go. The inhouse restaurant serves an excellent late night steak with great, personalized service. Very close to absolutely insane shopping and the Newport Bay waterfront. Enjoyed my stay very much and will return there next month.
