As always, Hiltons do not disappoint. Clean, crisp white sheets on a comfy bed in a neat room. Only problem was there was no sign on the street to indicate that the hotel is set back behind other hotels. We are very familar with the area and travel there at least once a year, but we got lost looking for the hotel even with our GPS.

We stayed here during a trip to the casino. We were late booking, and Dover downs was full. I have had good experiences at a Hilton garden inn, so we decided to stay here. The casino was extremely close to the casino which was nice. The stay was very friendly. We requested adjoining rooms, which the staff happily complied with. My mother ha some maneuverability issues, and I noticed the hotel had a wide range of handicap capable rooms. The mini fridge came in handy as we were able to store drinks from a nearby store. The gym was decent, had free weights, which was better then many (the ones with a eliptical and a bowflex). I would stay here again.

THE BEDS WERE FANTASTIC THE WATER WAS HOT , THE SHOWER HEAD WORK, AND TH TOWELS VERY SOFT THE ROOM WAS PERFECT AND THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS A GOOD VALUE

I had an A-MAAAAZZZIIINNNGGG experience when I stayed here. Came up for the weekend to hang out with some friends, and I felt right at home. Front desk staff was very warm and welcoming, room was clean and very confortable. The cleaning people were very curteous. This was my first time staying here and I will definately be returning and recommending this location to others..The only issue I had was that I could not order room service. Tried calling 5 times in a period of about 2hours and it just rang, rang rang. So I had to go out in the rain for dinner. Other than that, I loved every minute of my visit.

As a frequent business traveler, I seek out hotels that make dining, workouts, business services, easy. Generally, my experiences at Hilton Garden Inn have been good. Went to dinnertonight at 7:45 pm - with only 4 patrons in the restaurant, it took more than 50 minutes for dinner to be delivered only AFTER I sought after the attendant ( both restaurant staff were in plain view on cell phones and arguing with each other). Finally got a simple pasta dish delivered at nearly 9 pm, then the check delivered because diner service ended at 9. The front desk did not respond to the complaint. I expect much more from the Hilton brand.
