  Our family stayed here on a return trip to see family/friends back in Delaware. From the time I made the reservations, throughout our stay and up to the time we checked out the staff was polite, professional and outgoing. The lobby and kitchen area were clean and welcoming. The modern decor made our stay feel more like home. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay, and the few interactions we had with the cleaning staff was pleasant and friendly. Everything we could have wanted during our stay was provided. The heated pool wasn't very warm, but it didn't stop my 3 kids from taking a dip every morning after an awesome breakfast in the Breakfast Room! I will definately be staying in this jewel again on return trips back home!

  This is a nice hotel for the price. friendly helpful staff, clean place, decent pool. the hotel looks new. breakfast is good.

  As soon as we walked into this hotel we were greated with warm wonderful people! the staff made you feel like you were home. I have never been at a cleaner hotel!!!!! The staff went our of there way to make everything enjoyable! we will be back!!!!!

  We were very happy with our stay at the AmericInn in Milford, DE. The room was very clean, the continental breakfast was your typical but you got to make your own Belgian Waffles, which we found fun. I would definitely recommend this place, and stay there again next time I'm in Delaware
