The central structure is the huge, towering Gearhart House. To the north is the smaller but still imposing Pacific View. Scattered below on the oceanside are the Pacific Palisades and Pacific Terraces. The amenties also include outdoor pool, parking, and fitness center.All units have an ocean view.
