A sundeck and coin laundry is located on the property. For the comfort of future guests, no smoking is allowed.All cottages feature free local phone service, voice mail and (upon request) fax machine, TV/VCR or DVD, CD/stereo, air conditioning, hand sewn quilts, cooking utensils and dishes, fresh linens and bedding, hair dryer, beach towels and gear, games, books and popular videos. High speed internet is available.All Guests must agree to the following: No refund for cancellation. No additional overnight guests or daytime visitors to pool area without prior approval by owner (additional charges may apply). Contact owner or manager as soon as possible if damage to property is observed. Pay for all damage or theft caused by guest. Observe quiet time between 10 p. and 8 a. so as not to disturb other guests. No pets allowed. No illegal activity and no guests under 21 without parent or legal guardian are allowed. One parking space per apartment rented.
