- Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 2-8pm and Sunday 9am-5pm. For additional check-in information please call 1-888-433-4762. Please call ahead for a lock box code at 1-888-433-4762 ext 11100. Lock boxes are on the left side of the building. Look in the box marked Hilton Head Accommodations for after hours check-in packets. There is a 75.00 Administrative Fee and a 50.00 Peace of Mind Damage Waiver collected at check-in.
Brigantine Quarters is set among the tall oaks and palms and offers a relaxing residential feel. Please note that motorcycles, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed in the gated communities of Shipyard, Palmetto Dunes, and Sea Pines. There are limited storage facilities available. Shipyard is a community located at the south end of Hilton Head Island. This community offers world-class recreational amenities including golf, tennis, beach activities, and is a beautiful area with dining, shopping and entertainment nearby.
