Important Hotel Information

ResortQuest Rentals at Leeward Key Condominiums will be undergoing concreting, repainting and waterproofing from December, 2007 through March 16, 2008. Scaffolding will be present at the property and noise level will be increased.
Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested.
