Important Hotel Information
- Two night stays occurring after May 1, 2009 we will begin charging a nominal cleaning fee to paid guests with two night stays. If customer is staying for 3+ nights, these charges do not apply.
- Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds due to delays. After hours check-in is at the Mountain Resorts Office at 2150 Resort Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.
