The RESORT CREDIT included with your offer is valid toward items charged to your room at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore during your stay excluding room rate, room tax, resort fee, retail items, casino play, Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub. The RESORTCREDIT will not show on your guest folio, but rather be automatically applied. Guest must be 21 years of age to check in and this hotel requires a 150.00USD per night deposit upon check-in for incidentals, which will be released at the time of check-out.

    We arrived the hotel earlier than check in time and we were at the check in Counter, the staff inform us that we were early and most likely we won't be able to check in until check in time. They will inform us when the room is ready, took my cell number. That' s was fine because we went to one of the restaurant and had lunch then we walked around the hotel. We had two rooms, one of my girl friend got a call and were able to check in around 1pm. After she check in, we walked around the hotel waiting for my call, we waited, waited and waited, no call. I called to the front desk, they tell me to be patient. Finally at 5pm, I went to the front and asked why am I not allow to check in, is way past in check in time. The lady told me, Oh, you room is ready since 2pm. I said, oh really! How come no one call me and when I called the front desk, your staff told me to be patient. There were no answer and she just hang me the key. There we no apologies what so ever. So I guess this hotel doesn't really need my business. In Las Vegas, there are many options for hotels, I didn't expect Wynn to serve their customer this way. I guess they need to train their staffs.

    The Wynn resort is decorated impeccably and the rooms are quite posh. The customer service i had hoped to experience was lacking during our stay. The main customer service I focus on is the valet/bell service. I always rent a car and am a seasoned Las Vegas visitor. I always in my mind take note of the attentiveness of the greeting at the front entrance, which was more than o.k. However, the departing bell service was horrible. We had to wait at least 45 minutes before the bell man came up to our room to get our bags when we checked out. We also had to wait quite a long time for the car to be retrieved and for the valet to go get the bags from the front entrance. I hope the next time I do not experience this. Otherwise, the front desk personnel were wonderful as well as the casino staff.

    Arrived early in the A.M. before standard check in time and we were offered an upgrade to the Tower Suites instead of waiting. Free coffee at the lounge in the Tower Suites. The level of service was exceptional and a small refrigerator was even delivered to the room for the leftovers from SW Steakhouse. That meal was one of the best ever. Hotel staff was super friendly. The Sinatra Dance With Me show was the favorite over other popular Broadway shows.

    The Wynn Hotel location is very good if you are interested in visiting the shopping mall across the street (which we did)! The room was lovely, the bed comfy! My biggest complaint is the price of coffee in the mornings! Silly as it seems I just have a problem spending nearly $30 for 2 coffees and 2 yogurts... to bring up to the room. Plus this new 20 dollar a nite" fee" for internet....what's up with that? The casino seemed kinda lifeless while we were there. Will probably check out a different property next time we visit.
