The RESORT CREDIT included with your offer is valid toward items charged to your room at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore during your stay excluding room rate, room tax, resort fee, retail items, casino play, Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub. The RESORTCREDIT will not show on your guest folio, but rather be automatically applied. Guest must be 21 years of age to check in and this hotel requires a 150.00USD per night deposit upon check-in for incidentals, which will be released at the time of check-out.

    We stayed at the wynn march 10-15th 2009 . when we checked in we were told they would be charging our credit card 150.00 per day for incedentals which we told them we wouldnt be using but because we had pre-paid for our room this was policy, when we booked our trip were supposed to have a king non-smoking room but were told at check in they only had double rooms in smoking available. then to top it off i came back to my room in the middle of the day and found an employee in my room. when i called to complain they gave me some lame excuse about a proficiancy test they were doing on made service which made no sense since the maid had been there at 8am and it was like 4pm. it just seemed fishy what if i had been in the shower or something not to mention how freightened i was when i open my door and there was a stranger in my room. staff didnt treat us like we were staying at a 5star hotel i would not recomend.

    My husband and I thought that we would never be able to stay at a place like the Wynn but received a 3 night stay FREE from the Wynn. it was GREAT. Our room was not really high up but it over looked some of the strip. They had security checking make sure you were staying at the resort by the elevators. We even WON in the casino. I also received $100.00 for gambling from the Wynn. I will be returning. It was not right in the middle of the strip but it was too far away that you couldn't walk or get on the bus that runs 24 hours.

    I booked a room at Wynn Las Vegas via online for me and my sister. We opted for an upgrade to the Tower Suites for no additional charge while booking. I arrived at the hotel at 10 am, long before check in time, but they had a room all ready for me. The service at the front desk was exceptional. There was no line and the clerk was friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay we enjoyed the same level of exceptional service from all members of the Wynn staff, from housekeeping to front desk. As an example, my sister was walking down the hall to get ice and she was barefoot. The housekeeping staff was in the hall cleaning other rooms, noticed her bare feet and handed her an additional pair of slippers. My only complaint was that we did not have a refridgerator or a microwave in our room. I had expected that a suite would have these amenities. We did have two sinks and improvised by storing our beverages in one sink filled with ice. However, this was hard to maintain because there is not an ice machine on the Tower Suites side of the hotel. You either have to call the Dining Service to have it delivered (no charge to Tower Suites guests) or walk to the Resort Room side of the hotel to get ice yourself. But, as another example of the exceptional service we received, once housekeeping caught on to our make-shift fridge, they would refill the sink with ice during the daily cleaning and turndown service. As two young girls, out to experience Vegas at its fullest, we would have preferred a more mid-strip location, however the service was at such a high level, that we would definitely stay at the Wynn again.

    Great rooms , great service , very friendly employees . its as nice as any casino on the vegas strip. the only draw back is every thing is very expensive !
