We expected a 4 star hotel but ended up with a dirty and outdated room. Prior to leaving for our trip I emailed their concierge asking for suggestions on things to do and places to eat but I never received a response. Overall a poor choice.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel for my husband's 40th birthday. I was so excited to get a 4 star hotel within my budget that was on the vegas strip. The lobby was nice, but filled with smoke from the casino. While we requested and were given a non-smoking room, the entire place smelled of smoke and it seemed to be something you could not avoid. When we got to our room it was very clear that this was not 4 stars. The bathroom was outdated, the carpet was in need of repair and we realized the bed sheet was dirty upon arrival. We spent most of the weekend trying to avoid the hotel so imagine my frustration when we were billed an additional $20/per day for a resort fee on a hotel we disliked and tried not to use. Overall it was a huge disappointment - I wanted something really nice for my husband's birthday and this was far from it.
