    This was my boyfriend's and my first trip to Las Vegas and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Monte Carlo. We stayed in the Monaco Suite and it could not have been better. The room was very clean and kept that way by the cleaning staff. The hotel, overall, was clean as well. One caveat though, if you stay on the side of the hotel facing the pool, you may not be able to sleep in because the music blares from the time the pool opens until the pool closes. We were on the 18th floor, so it wasn't too bad, but I can only imagine that lower floors were barraged worse than we were. I mean, we could easily make out the songs being played. And, the internet connection was very slow. Other than that, we could not complain. We ordered the room service for breakfast and the food was great, and well worth the price in our opinion - since we did not have to get dressed and mosey downstairs to eat. I put that the internet is free, but it isn't really. They charge a $20 resort fee, daily; which includes internet access.

    It's close to walk to all the great spots, the pool is great especially the "lazy river". The have great buffets or super cheap food in the food court. It's not over crowded with slots and it's clean. Love it there, can'y wait to get back again!

    I enjoyed my stay very much, however we were not able to charge anyhting to our room. luckily, most places took my visa, and there was a chase atm nearby ...

    I enjoyed my stay very much, however we were not able to charge anyhting to our room. Luckily, most places took my VISA, and there was a Chase ATM nearby for cash withdrawals. The hotel ATM charges around $12 per $100 withdrawn!

    Spent 5 nites @ MC, stayed in Spa Suite (hwy view). Picked MC because of pools & spent a day enjoyed them all.Don't bother with tubes, lazy river isn't long enough or roomy for them on the weekend. We are in our 60s and enjoyed visiting with all ages while in the lazy river. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh linens, carpet was freshly shampoo(carpet was slightly damp when we arrived). Eat @ the Cafe the service & food was impeccable, prices are compare to food court. Since we had a hwy view, noise was not a factor & at night lites are great & watching the roller coaster @ NY NY was fun. Didn't go to any clubs or other restaurants @ MC. The Tram to Aria,Crystals, Bellagio was great concerning the extreme heat warnings.
