    I would not recomment this hotel. the lobby is under construction and the cabs show up in the parking garage. the rooms were clean but had a stale odor.

    The hotel is old. it is under constuction, that is where the dust and noise comes into play. the pool closed by 7pm when it was still 100 outside. it ...

    The Hotel is OLD. It is under constuction, that is where the dust and noise comes into play. The pool closed by 7pm when it was still 100 outside. It does have a great location on the LV strip and the bed was very nice.

    Thiss hotel is being torn down and is under MAJOR reconstruction. You literally have to walk through a construction zone to go in/out of the hotel. The taxi/shuttle drop-off is in this dark parking garage. When the taxi driver said "ok, here you are", we thought he was joking. Some sort of crazy Vegas initiation.. but nope he was serious. You can also see why it is under reconstruction. The quality of the rooms and hotel is poor. I'd put it at Reed Roof Inn quality. Quality is far from any that you'd expect of a hotel on the main strip. Though it was cheaper than others near it, it wasn't THAT much cheaper to overlook the construction. Try the Flamingo which is just next door and about the same price.

    My flight was 3 1/2 hours late coming to vegas. Then I was drop off in the back of the hotel and was told that you need to use the back door. Then when I got to the front desk there was a line of just 5 people with 2 staff. This was around 12:30 am. So, for this time of night 2 staff is above average cover. Then I could see people getting mad and upset. It took 1/2 to hander 5 people. Then I was told that they did not have any rooms. I booked my flight and hotel in March and this was June. They told me that I could take a cab and go to a hotel off the strip and come back the next day. I told then that will not work. So, then they told me I could wait 45 min to get a room clean. The next day I found out why I was drop off at the back door. To get to the strip you had to walk in a construction zone. The construction might be done by next year. But, most of the staff were upset, mad, and just not nice. They all act like they did not like their job.

    My brother and I took my son out to Vegas for his 21st birthday. Even though there was a lot of construction due to new Linq project, there were no real issues. Staff let us know about construction noise and accommodated us with a room overlooking the pool where it was very relaxing. Very friendly desk staff and room was clean. Definitely a value. Will stay there again.
