If you stay at the Atlantis, try the luxury tower rooms. Beautiful new furnishings. Beds were kind of soft for our taste, but big and clean. The pool and excercise areas are great. Sit inside a large pool area surrounded by clear glass walls. You get a view of the mountains and can swim in any weather at this indoor pool. For the daily resort fee, you get basic in room wifi and the pool area. The spa is not included but you can purchase for another daily fee. I would have liked to have the spa included as part of the daily resort fee. Restaurants and casino areas were good. The Manhattan Deli serves good sandwiches, blintzes and potato knishes. I would recommend the Atlantis for those looking to relax at the pool and then get to the casino.

Check in time is 3:00 pm. After an 8 hour drive I arrived at 4:00 pm, checked in and then was told that my room was not ready. No apology and certainly no understanding. I asked when my room would be ready and was told "I have no idea, but when it is we'll let you know. When I did finally get to my room I found that the toilet kept running. When I ordered room service they told me less than half an hour, it was an hour and 15 minutes not to mention it was cold by then and they add a tip to the bill automatically. Not good when it is bad service or maybe that's why they add the tip to the bill because they know their own standards do not justify a tip. Two of my friends also had to wait for their rooms but they were both upgraded to suites. Interestin hotel policy.
