    Clean, comfortable, convenient to restaurants and popular watering holes in old town. municipal parking lot across the street (no charge). good value.

    My favorite part of our stay was being able to hear the music floating up from Old Town. The motif of the hotel was in a Mission style that was very authentic even though the particular part of the Hotel we were in was quite new it gave the feeling of being turn of the century. The view we had of San Deigo Bay was great.

    This hotel is in a great location for Old Town visitors. We were able to walk everywhere (restaurants, shops, historical sites). The bedroom was nice and the bed very comfortable but I was a little disappointed with the extra room (we booked a suite). It was very small and kind of sketchy, (not what I was expecting!) but all in all, we would recommend this hotel to friends. The mexican restaurant at the hotel was good the next morning for breakfast.

    I have stayed there before the reson I stay with all the choices is the price of the place, which is great and the location. the front desk staff could use some help. I asked where the hotel restaurant was and all the girl could tell with a finger "that way"
