Important Hotel Information

  • Guests arriving at MGM Grand must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. MGM charges a daily resort fee of 25 per room plus tax, payable upon check-in which includes complimentary high speed internet,
  • Daily USA Today newspaper available at Front Page newsstand,
  • Unlimited local and toll free calls, Limited Business Center services such as outgoing faxes, copies (up to 5 pages), notary, and boarding pass printing, Free access to the cardio room.

    Two pools currently open, other pool areas will open March 1-current hours 9am-5pm. Wet Republic @ MGM Gran3799d opens March 22, 2013.
  • Beginning Friday March 8, 2013, a credit card or debit card deposit for incidentals will be required upon check-in, in addition to room/tax & resort fee/tax for the amount 300.00 per day.

    When we arrived we were seen by front desk immediatly. We had prebooked and the desk said we have all your information. Please review to see if it is correct. It was and the desk clerk told us about what shows were available. We picked KA which was free from the MGM Grand. It is a circ de solet show and it was wonderful and in the hotel. Our room was on the 16th floor and had massive window that had a great view of the strip. The room had a 24 in flat screen tv. and blinds that were electric controled and contained a screen that was opace and one that was light proof.

    The MGM had fairly nice rooms and was clean. Staff was great. HOWEVER the other guests were a bad deal. We were woke up by people threatening to shoot each other outside our room at 3 a.m. and had to call security. No apologies were offered by the casino for this event. No coffee pots in the room. So every morning I had to walk - a loonnnggg way- down to the casino, get very expenive coffee and bring it back to the room. Had I known that before booking, I would never have stayed there. Food in the restaurants there were very expensive- too expensive for the quality. The casino itself was way too busy to actually enjoy spending time there. We gambled other places. We will not stay at the MGM ever again. There have to be more enjoyable places to spend your money.

    Furnishings were new and bed was exceptional. Bathroom could use a remod but the room was large and comfortable . The blackout shades were necessary with the green glow. I would definitely stay there again. Food was excellent as well.

    I was Not happy with the airline, Spirit. The plan seats were way too cramped and they charge an arm and a leg for luggage. I much rather have spent the extra money to fly southwest or some other airline.
