This hotel is too crowded. it took us a good 1 hour to check in. We had to pay $25 per night for resort fees at the time of checking in. I am sure there are better hotels other. This our first time in Vegas. We will not stay at this hotel again.

I stayed for 5 nights for a convention. Not much of a drinker and gambler, I found myself confined to my room doing work between seminars. WiFi was slow and slow to start up, and cell phone coverage was virtually non-existent. In the evenings, the TV would lose all signal every 15 minutes or so, making even that unbearable. The staff was very friendly throughout, rooms were clean. The bed was OK, but they use flat sheets vs. fitted sheets, but they seem short. I never got my feet on the sheet, as it couldn't cover the entire mattress.

I'll document a few of the issues we had with the hotel all of which were brought to the staff's attention yet managed not to be resolved during our four day stay: 1) TV lost signal every five minutes and would reacquire the signal afer 10-15 minutes 2) Toilet continuously erupted like a mini old faithfull all day long 3) Tried to call for a wakeup call waited five minutes while the phone rang put it on speaker and took a shower, came back still ringing, called the operator managed to place a wakeup call which never came (good thing for the alarm clock) 4) No do not disturb sign, so the helpful maids came in our room at 8:02am 5) The television in room checkout feature did not work (shocker) so we waited for 45 minutes in the checkout line before we finally skipped it and split for the airport without checking out 6) Our "smoke free" floor smelled like a please smoke more floor I think that about covers the main points, hopefully your experience is better.

The rooms are tiny, there's no in-room coffee maker, you can't turn on the bathroom light at night without waking up the whole room. The restaurants are ALL open to the overwhelming noise and flashing lights. There's nowhere for a quiet drink or a meal. Too much Las Vegas all in one place. Never again.

nobody bothers answering phones (5-10 waits always), 45 min wait for checking and checkouts; toilet makes bubbely sounds all night; TV frequently stops working and a message pops-up saying 'connection lost, pleae contact your service provider'; Breakfast costs $30 buck + $4 dollar extra for calling them (operator charge), and arrives cold one hours later. Overall a horrible experience stay away and do any of the other large hotels on the strip instead....
