The hotel has nothing to offer during the week. All of the restaurants and most of the stores are closed with a sign in front saying " We will reopen on friday at 4p.m." The whole place is like a ghost town on Sun.- Thur. Also, there was a major problem with the plumbing. The shower would constantly go from ice cold to scalding hot every couple minutes. We reported this a couple times during our 4 day stay and nothing got fixed. My wife even got burned because the water was so hot. We even got security involved and everything. They never offered us any assistance on anything or tryed to solve the problem. I guess you get what you pay for.

The hotel has nothing to offer during the week. It's a very nice hotel that gives you comfort as well as entertainment for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel for those who haven't been to Reno before.

Came for a casino concert and the hotel had a walkway to the casino and over to where the concert was so it was convenient. There was a food stand at the base of elevators so it was easy to get breakfast and they did have good gooey brownies for snacks. Check out was by drop off, so did not have to wait in line. Check in had a line, but they did have a number of people working the stations. Bed was not the softest but okay for sleeping. No problems. Outdoor view taking trolley (goes around up on the side of building on a track) to the room towers was interesting. They had airport transportation van at good intervals so getting there and back was no problem.

After hearing people talk in a negative tone about this hotel, I must admit, I was a little reluctant. However, I think these people want caviar for the price of a happy meal. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was laid out nice and stocked well. The restaurants were good (steakhouse was fabuluos) and the little tram made it easy to get to the parking decks and elevators. Would stay again and will stay again come Hot August Nights.
