Important Hotel Information

  • *Please note, this property charges a 19 daily resort fee which is collected at time of check-in. This includes daily access to the hotels water park up to 4 people, parking, shuttle to theme parks with the exception of Disney, WIFI in guestroom and public areas, use of the hotels business center to include printing privileges, Kids play room, Kids Karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights, use of the hotels fitness center and more.

    **Beginning November 2, 2012 to February 10, 2013 CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort will have a Seasonal Resort Fee of 9.00/night (10 Savings!). This fee is mandatory, per room, per night and covers: Parking, Wi-Fi, Business Center, Access to Fitness Center & Arcade, Kid's activities, Hotel Guest Pool & Jacuzzi Tub, and Scheduled Shuttle Service to Universal Orlando, WetNWild, Sea World & Aquatica. Water park admission is sold separately.

    For hotel guests who want to purchase a water park day pass:Guests can purchase a day pass for a discounted rate of 5.00 + tax per person, per day at the water resort front desk for admission on the days they choose to use the water resort.  Guests will be allowed to purchase up to 6 passes per room, per day at the discounted rate.  Any additional passes will be sold at the regular day pass rates. Seasonal water park hours are in effect November, 2 2012 through February 10, 2013. Hours are subject to change.

    We really enjoyed ourselves at Coco Keys! The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. We loved the water park! It was a great place to relax and we loved the fact that there were lifegaurds at every corner for the kids. I would stay there for sure again!

    The only thing good abt this hotel was the rooms. This hotel has a water park behind it and they want to charge 20 dollars hotel fee for using the hotel after spending the money to stay there. Also nothing is open after 10 not even a game room. This place is boring for kids or younger adults and way over price. The rooms were nice but the hotel as a whole was a let down.

    We was close to everything just enjoy ourself.would go back again.
