Resort was beautiful inside and out. The suite we stayed in was gorgeous. Had everything you needed and more, flat screen tv's in living rm & bed rm, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and coffee, more than enough bath towels, etc; beautiful swimming pool area, nice balcony to enjoy at night, friendly staff. Just a very relaxing and peaceful place to get away from it all. Only dissappointment was that the breakfast buffet available on premises was limited in choices.Stay was five days and four nights.

Wonderful staff greeted us at 2am after an agonizing 2 1/2 hour wait at airports car rental. Saw warnings of long waits at rental car counters in reviews before coming to this area. Believe them now! Desk clerk said he would put us in an end unit with pool and lake views. We must have looked a sight after traveling all day from WA State. That boosted our spirits, and put a positive spin on the rest of our whole trip. Opened our door to our room and all 3 of us said "WOW" at the same time! Room was just as Travelocity described it at an unbelievable price. Wonderful walk-in shower, great beds, and view. Full Kitchen and Dining table for economizing and eating in room. Balcony was good size for four people to relax on. One morning saw a raccoon curled up in the treetops by the lake from out our window. Great location for our visits to Kennedy Space Center and Disney World. Next visit we hope to stay here and do Sea World which is nearby. Our schedule was not coinciding with the limited hours of the restaurant or shop in lobby. Pool area was great and we made use of pool and Jacuzzi. Families would enjoy the wading pool for the little ones that is separate. Our visit was during the week of June 13, 2009. Hopefully our next trip back will be November and we will definitely try to stay here!

We were very favorably impressed from the time we walked in: clean, friendly, well laid out, great amenities and fabulous rooms. Can't find a negative, except would have preferred check in time (4:00 pm) and check out time (11:00 am) to have allowed us a little more time in the room.

While the resort was great, I'm paying double for it now. We stayed at Lake Eve the last week of 04/09 and 1st week of 05/09 and was promptly billed. Then much to my surprise, a charge showed up on my 07/09 statement. I called the resort, but no one seemed to care or cared to help. I was told that perhaps I had overlooked the original charges and that I needed to fax my CC statements, which I did three times. Although each time was successful, the staff couldn't seem to find them. On another call, I was told it was probably my fault. That I could have been charged for simply looking at prices for next year. Somehow the website automagically pulled my credit card information and billed the card. Although I don't have any sort of confirmation email nor do they seem to have one at the resort either. After many phone calls, I still have not been able to speak with a manager. In fact, today I was told that they had to let me go because a customer needed help.
