the people were very helpful and nice but the air conditioner in the room made sleeping really impossible and ultimately, don't you book a hotel to sleep? Would not stay there again. Also would have preferred to be closer to Pike Market.

I spent two days at the Arctic once arriving in Seattle and once the night before leaving 2 separate rooms The rooms were appointed nicely with LCD tvs, clean, and nice bath including opulent robes. The first night there were two complimentary water bottles and on the 2nd night there were none and we were told that they couldn't find any........kinda wanted to know how they expected to stock the in room bar..........the biggest downfall was the air conditioning..........it cooled well enough but in both rooms when it came on it sounded like a car came through the window and it turned on at least once every couple of minutes........not a good hotel for light sleepers.

Great Period Hotel, Super Friendly and Informative Staff. Spent a 4 nights with my wife. Parking is super expensive in Seattle, overnight parking is available for $29 at the hotel. This is a super location, 5 minutes from Piers and 10 minutes from Pike Market Walking. The rooms are very tasteful and the bed is super comfy. Only gripe I have was that they charged for WiFi, however they did offer two computers near the lobby free of charge. I will stay here again for sure.

I have traveled to all 50 states and 8 countries so I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. The Arctic Club rates number 1 in my book. I stayed at the Artic Club for 7 nights and had a great experience each and every day. The front desk staff Monica and Lisa; were friendly and responsive to all of my eeds/wants and greeted me with fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies every time that I saw them. Albert, the concierge, help plot out activities for my sister, niece, friend and I to do on a regular basis. He always suggested options and gathered information that was helpful to making this a great vacation for all. And the valets were always prompt, whether first thing in the morning or late at night. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The location of the Arctic Club made it easy to walk to most of the waterfront locations or to access bus/or trolley lines. This is a great hotel at family prices.

This was my first time visiting Seattle and since I was turning 30, I wanted it to be a momentous vacation. I must say, our stay at the Arctic Club was very momentous. Upon our arrival, my boyfriend called to let them know that we were a couple of hours early for our check-in time; it was no worry because our room was ready for us! They even helped my boyfriend choose a good flower boutique to order flowers from and made sure to have them ready for me when we checked into the hotel. The hotel is very close to the waterfront, the Aquarium, Pike Place, Belltown, many restaurants, and even a small supermarket where we purchased wine and champagne. If you stay at the Arctic Club, please don't pay for any other transportation then the bus Bus 19 that leads almost right infront of the hotel for $1.75! The staff was very friendly and even helped us map out some fun and trendy places to go out on a Saturday night. I had a weird charge on my credit card that I called about and they had it taken off within a week. The rooms are unique and I must say – it was like sleeping at home [the bed is SO comfortable!] I am very sad that we didn’t get a chance to hangout more at the hotel; the bar and restaurant located in the hotel looked very classy and inviting. Our next trip to Seattle will definitely be accompanied by a stay at the Arctic Club and maybe then, we can enjoy the hotel amenities even more. All in all, the best birthday I've had!
