Double booked our room and someone tried to get into our room at midnight, then front desk called at midnight wanting to know why we were in the room and when we had checked in. Then they gave us a room that someone else was already in. Pictures on their web site do not belong to that hotel, so they are very deceiving. No place to walk dogs, if you have dogs with you. Room and carpets weren't clean. Old and run down. Refused to let us talk to Had to go to office 3 times to try to get room situation corrected. Had no clue how to run computer to even book a room. Acted like they really didn't care whether they even gave us a room. GO ELSEWHERE, BUT DON'T STAY HERE. A COMPLETE DISASTER. We were booked to stay there two days but EARLY the next morning after a sleepless night, we packed and went to a better hotel in a better part of town.

We were traveling from the east side of the mountains and got snowed in due to the pass closure. We stopped many times at different hotels but with economy so crazy we cant afford to spend a lot on unexpected stays. So we stayed at the guesthouse and it was really nice for what we paid it had new furniture and a good breakfast and the ladies at the front counter were really funny and helpful. it was a nice place to stay on short notice.

I got a online travel website deal on a room at this hotel. For the money I paid, I got a queen-sized bed and a mini-fridge in my room. Continental breakky, and there's a stripmall with a minimart (which sells beer, wine, and coolers, for those of you from places where they only sell booze in liquor stores) and a Subway, and there's a McDonald's right across the street. Only nine miles from SeaTac. The free WiFi worked and was reliable (have to call front desk for username and password). On the downside, the room had a certain odor, and I didn't walk around barefoot. But for what i paid , what can you expect? I'd definitely stay here again when flying out of SeaTac in the early morning (I live in Vancouver, BC, and didn't want to leave at 4am to drive to the airport!).
