The hotel is nothing special as Scottsdale hotels/resorts go. The room was small but comfortable. The rooms need some updating. Staff was very nice. Exercise room was just average. If you just need a place to stay in that part of Scottsdale, then this is a good value. If you are seeking something special, try the Fairmont.

We have stayed at this place many times for conferences. It has a warm comfortable ambience and we love the location. We were a little disappointed that we had to pay an additional $* resort fee by the day which we do not recall ever having paid before We felt this shoud have been included in our rate. Otherwise this was a great weekend stay.

I was traveling on business, staying one night only in what I assume was the off season, and therefore didn't get to enjoy most of the amenities (besides the fitness center). Well maintained, clean and comfortable facility. Given the travelocity package we used, it was an OUTSTANDING value. I would stay there again.

Beautiful luxury hotel, with soft high beds, marble tile bathroom, etc. Nice pool with lots of comfy chaises and views of the vines that almost completely cover the walls of the pool courtyard. We stayed over a Sept. weekend and enjoyed a low weekend rate and various specials such as two for one drinks in the bar and two for one breakfast. Food/ drink specials were offered to us as surprise coupons at check in. Breakfast buffet normally is expensive but more reasonable as 2 for 1. Since the hotel caters to conferences during the week, we enjoyed having the place almost to ourselves during a slow weekend for them. I think they should just roll the "resort fee" into the room price, but my husband and I got our money's worth from the nicely equipped fitness center, wireless internet, coffee, juice and use of their bikes. The resort site is very near a nice bike path along a golf course and park - good for a morning ride or jog. Note also that you can avoid their valet parking and park easily for free in their lot yourself.
