  This was in a good location from the airport as well as activities we had planned in charlotte. fitness center was great! we also enjoyed the pool/hot tub. rooms ...

  This was in a good location from the airport as well as activities we had planned in Charlotte. Fitness center was great! We also enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Rooms were very clean and nice. We had 3 hotels in all this vacation and this one was the best. We will stay again if returning to Charlotte.

  This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Everything you need is here, from laundry facilities to computers that allow you to surf the internet, not just plug in for your laptop they had actual P C's you could use. Staff was the best no matter what time of day, and Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. They were doing Construction when I was there but it didn't bother me at all. I choose this hotel strictly based off the reviews by previous guest and believe me I'm glad I did. Don't let the 3 stars fool you this is a 4 star hotel easily. As you may have determined I was very impressed! And it is right by I-77 which is the bridge to everywhere in the city. Great place and I definitely will be staying there again. Oh last but not least, we returned our rental car the night before our flight left to keep from having to pay for another day we weren't going to use and we found ourselves stuck at the airport w/o a way back to the hotel for our last night. The cabs at the airport wanted $25 minimum to take us back to the hotel.We had the courtesy desk at the airport call the hotel and they sent the shuttle to pick us up...FREE OF CHARGE...Same shuttle took us back to the airport the next morning and of course we tipped the driver but the shuttle itself was again...FREE OF CHARGE...Great place!!

  The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, friendly. i however had a lot of work to do and the wireless internet connection was so weak i couldnt keep a connection. i ...

  The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, friendly. I however had a lot of work to do and the wireless internet connection was so weak I couldnt keep a connection. I was only able to connect thru the cable.
