The room was small. The cleaning service was terrible leaving the room dirty and not replacing towels daily. Noisy since the rooms and corrider noise can be heard in every room apparently. Would never waste my money their again.

This is a beautiful and fun hotel to stay in. It is only 2 blocks from the 16th Avenue Mall and half a block from the performings arts building. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff was great. The beds were very comfortable. They had free wireless internet. We ordered breakfast the night before for 6:15AM in order to do a early tour with Greyline. Greyline does pickup and drop off at this hotel. Only thing missing was a refrigerator. Parking was a little expensive

This hotel was great! It was a totally different experience. I travel for business & it was refreshing to stay in such a laid back fun place. It was exceptionally clean & room service was good. Great Staff. It was conveniently located to the performing arts center as well as the convention center. It was within walking distance to almost everything you would want from first class restaurants & entertainment to shopping. I would definitely recommend.

Very Friendly front desk staff; our room was ready and clean. Decor is cute...very 70's, yet contemporary. Price was reasonable for downtown and close to the 16th street mall. I would definitely stay here again!
