We spent the weekend here with our 2 teens & 1 elementary student. The rooms were clean & large enough to comfortably accodomade all of us. The complimentary full breakfast & dinner reception was great for our budget & the food was actually good! The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, & courteous. This place is very service-oriented. What makes it even better is that there are lots of shops & restaurants in close proximity. This is a great place to stay. We plan to be lifetime patrons! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The standard king suites are wonderful! There are two sections to the suite separated by a large, sliding, pocket door. Both sides have a TV. The window side has a microwave, fridge, and a queen sized fold out couch with coffee table. Our daughter prefered to sleep on the couch itself rather than the pull out. The door side has a TV, the bathroom, and a sink area. This is not a view hotel but the price, comfort and convenience are great. Now the real bonus...They have a full ,made to order, complimentary breakfast! The food was fabulous. They also have a steam room, indoor pool, and work out center.

We had 3 adults and 2 kids in the suite and were comfortable for the 3 days stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast saved us some money. There was an in-door swimming pool. Easy access to freeways and shopping center.

We found the hotel to have a great location, a friendly staff and thought it was an excellent value. The breakfast exceeded any "included" breakfast I've ever had with a hotel stay. The eggs were made to order. The dining room was efficiently run and the staff and food were great. The evening reciption was the same. We anticipated snacks and drinks and were pleasantly surprised to find a suitable dinner and even a choice of wines were included. Hayden Island has a cute, nostalgic mall and a great variety of restaurants all within walking distance. The kids and I even took a walk across the well-railed I-5 bridge from the hotel just so we could say that we walked from one state to the other. The rooms were spacious enough for our family of 5 to feel comfortable and the pool area was enjoyable as well. I have a bad back and found the beds to be ideal. It is not a "ritzy" hotel, but the Oxford Suites at Jantzen Beach was nice, comfortable, generous in every way and ideal for a family stay.

I travel to Portland to visit my mother several times a year. This was my first time staying at Oxford Suites. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. They definitely went above and beyond when my husband and I were looking for a nice restaurant in the area. Not only did they have some excellent recomendations, they also called and made us a reservation. The rooms were also very clean and I couldn't believe the breakfast was free. Defintely the best hotel we have stayed at in the Portland area. We definitely know where we will be staying next time we are in town.
