I travel frequently and have never experienced such a wonderful staff all across the board. Even the bathroom attendant was helpful in directing me to the trail around the lake. The hotel is right off the trail, it was so nice to walk around the lake in the evenings. The entertainment in the bar was perfect and so is the view of the city and the lake from the bar. Did not try food at the bar, but the breakfast buffet was awesome! Cook to order omelette's!!

first when i asked if we could have a room over looking the river they told us it was a $30 upgrade for a room with a river view. then they told us they needed a credit card to put the $12 parking charge on. i told them it would be nice to have all the information on cost before choosing a hotel. we were told that was not the hyatt regency's responsibility, but the online travel websites. the room was very small, however the bed was awesome. sleep very well, but the room was way over priced

I booked a double room earlier that day and had confirmed it upon arriving at the hotel, but my room had already been given away and all the staff offered was a "roll-away bed" and to give complimentary valet parking.

The hotel was nice, loved the atrium, customer service, and the view. Bed was not comfortable, and there wasn't anything too special about the room. Restaraunt had a very limited menu, but the food we got was fantastic. I expected a little more out of the room for the price, but you are truly paying for location, location, location! River view is beautiful, but none of the rooms have balconies!

We really enjoyed this hotel, had views of the river from both our rooms and it was stunning, especially at night.......we did not like the restuarant but it was a temporary location due to remodeling and since we got a voucher for 2 free breakfast buffet that included gratuity, it was okay. The only drawback I had was internet was 6.00 for 15 minutes and with teens that can be expensive, but other than that we were quite satisfied. checkin and out was a breeze and the valet was quick and friendly..also gave us great directions, many maps, so all in all I would definitely stay here again, but bring a laptop for the kids.
