Liked the room, staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. In addition to the $15/day resort fee, they charge $25 per hour to play tennis, $10.00 per day for internet in the room, and a dollar a minute to use the business center computers. Would have liked a room fridge and microwave. Overall, the price was right and we had a good time.

A terrific conference hotel, but try somewhere else for single or family stay. Guests of the hotel are second to events..parking, entries, reserved for functions. Alot of amenities, good price, but a bit outdated for a resort.

The grounds of this resort are truly outstanding. However we had a traditional room and it was very, very dated. The bathroom was old and smelly. I wouldn't say the room was up to "resort" standards. Also a LOT of stuff for sale in the room a little annoying. If they remodeled the rooms this resort would be amazing.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our needs. The Hotel grounds were in very good condition especially the flowers. The food and service in the breakfast and evening restaurants were good with accomodating wait staff. We had a great massage in the Spa and also a very good pedicure. The room (#309) was kept in good order. The only fault was the tub/shower. When you closed the shower curtain the area in the tub was pretty dark. The bed was fabulous but the pillows were hard!!!
