Hotel is in desperate need of updating as noted below, staff all spoke with thick foriegn accents, hard to understand, room at check in was not equipped well with towles, soap etc. Breakfast buffet was terrible. There where some really good staff but few and far between. Bellman looked like they just got out of prison. NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM Embassy Suites. NEVER AGAIN. Hotel is very hard to find. This was our third stay at a ES and the other two were great, I would recommend you stay away from this one. Must say we have not been impressed with any hotels in Nashville. Always seem dirty and out dated

Our stay here was perfect in every way. Check-in was quick and they were very friendly. We had one child with us and the suites are a perfect fit for families. The hotel is a little loud with the sound of children running around, but it was not a problem once in the room. We loved the complimentary Happy Hour, the drinks were great and served with a smile. The manager on duty was friendly and helped us to choose a restaurant for dinner. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic, made to order omelets and food that tasted fresh. We will definitely stay here any time we are in town.

My husband and I went to Nashville for a last long weekend of the summer vacation. We checked in on Friday afternoon. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. During the night my husband experienced chest pain and by 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning we were on our way to the hospital. When I called the front desk, the clerk gave me directions to the nearest hospital and on our way out he gave us a print out of those directions. I was able to get to the hospital as if I lived in the area, we were two exits away on the expressway. Embassy Suites set us up with a later check out and helped be find another hotel room near by when they didn't have a room to offer me. The staff could not have been nicer, I really appreciate their help. My husband is home safely and we will never forget the kindness and good will we experienced here. Thank you Embassy Suites!

I check in to the most different hotel ever..at least i thought..GREAT GREAT GREAT food and room service to die far..however when its time to check out if you pay though Travel agency per the front desk they have to wait for Travelocity to send them your payment in the mean time your credit card will be charged twice ..yes twice ..so please be very careful and pay attention at CHECK out

OUr trip was great, the hotel is great. When I here people complain I don't understand. With a 3 and a 2 year old, the seperate bedroom was very nice, and I will continue to find suite type hotels so I don't have to sleep with the kids. The breakfast was great, the social was great, however the wireless internet was terrible, but unless you have tons of work to do, they have a free business center that satisfied my needs. The pool looks good, but you better be in the polar bear club, as it was freezing, not chilly, but freezing. With young kids swimming is a big part of a relaxing vacation ad a good way to tire them out. Would stay again, but would liek to see the pool situation addressed.
