I took my oldest daughter there Oct 6th thru 12th and had a great time! Last may I stayed down the street at a more well known name hotel and paid as much for a small single room. So choosing to pay extra and get the two room suite was well worth it. It gave me the extra privacy at night. The pools were great, the landscape is very well done and maintaned. The customer service was very nice and prompt to help. It did have some negatives... It is older but I knew that when I booked it. I firmly believe you get what you pay for!!! a person can go ultra cheap, economy cheap, cheap with perks. Or spend the money and stay at a nice, new hotel. If your on a budegt and chose to save money.. then dont complain about the building PERIOD! With that said, the two room suite I got was very nice and did not have any flaws. It was very roomy and was cleaned every day. I really enjoyed staying here and would stay again. Its more of a MOTEL then a hotel but its still nice. The shuttle service has flaws... The times are not very convienant for going from the hotel to the parks. However the return shuttles are schedule very poorly... You can come back at 515, 930, or 1055 at night. 515 is too early. The parks get done at 9pm and have fireworks, to get from the park to the ticket center to catch shuttle is impossible. This means you have to either take the 930 and miss fireworks or sit around for an hour waiting for the 1055 shuttle. The shuttle to universal cost money! Other then that is is a very nice place .

I stayed Aug. 2-7, 2009, when I attended a conference in Orlando. The room was large enough and clean. The first night the tub wouldn't drain water and I called the front desk. They said they'd have it taken care of first thing in the morning...and they did. Never had a problem with it draining for the duration of my stay. The pool was large and well attended and I really enjoyed the hottub late in the evening when I returned to the hotel after a long day. The refrigerator and microwave saved me a lot of money. Walmart is up the street and I bought food and water bottles and except for eating out once I didn't spend any other money on food. My conference was at the Dolphin Hotel and it took no time to get there from the Seralago. Negatives are the outside of the hotel looks more like a motel and the beds aren't the most comfortable but I still had no trouble falling asleep. It was very quiet. Never had a problem. Front staff was helpful and friendly. I'd stay again and bring my kids.

This hotel needs some work done... our rooms will filled with mildew and old paint... i could have saved some money and stayed at the ramada or the rodeway...

The room was fine, clean and organized. It had a small microwave and mini frig. too. We thought it had a coffee maker, but were a little disappointed to find that it did not. Our room was on the second floor, and the hotel does not have an elevator, so we had to lug the bags up and down the stairs. No fun! The sink drains were broken at the bottom underneath, so you had to manually push them up and reconnect them to have them open or close. The drain in the shower was very s....l.....o....w. It took several minutes for the tub to drain after my husband took a shower. That was not fun considering our two year old wanted to take a bath immediately! The pool and the play area looked very nice, and they did have several activities offered on the newsletter at check in. One that was nice was the offer for pictures with the Easter Bunny. They do have a small area where you can purchase small items (chips, bread, drinks etc. as well as pizza an wings). The hotel did offer a shuttle to Disney Parks and local shopping. They also offered a breakfast buffet in the lobby area. The ""kids eat free special"" was a bit deceptive, since the only meal that was free for kids was the breakfast. We did not eat at the buffet, but the menu did sound good. Overall it was a good value for the money and location. I would stay there again, but if my stay was longer than a night or two I might try to find something with a full kitchen, so I could make my morning coffee.
