Night 1 out of 3: The room I stayed in had torn bedding and no hot water. I had to change rooms. Night 2 out of 3: The second room had hot water, but you had to run the sink water to get hot water in shower. Night 3 : okay Day 4: Yes, I am out of here! Staff was nice, but hotel need major upgrades!

I found TWO (living, running) BUGS AND a dead centipede wrapped in spider webbing!!! Not to mention ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE hadn't faxed my confirmation to the hotel and I had to wait 20 minutes to get in the room.

The hotel was nice enough, but my deadbolt mechanism in my door wouldn't work correctly. (It remained out when I attempted to leave the room). I was also held captive by the elevator for about 10 minutes. The door closed and then the elevator just sat there. I was finally freed by holding the buzzer down until the front desk got the machine working again.
