Thanks to the great 'sale' at Travelocity we booked this hotel and were extremely happy with the hotel. We ended up in a top floor, 2 balcony, corner suite which had a lovely view of the mountains and beach (a peak at the pink hotel). Very roomy for 4 women traveling together and a nice arrangement. Room can be noisy if you leave the balcony doors open but fine when closed, a lower floor might be a problem. Excellent staff.

The room was pretty good overall. The only negative thing I can think of is that we were on the 10th floor, and our rooms did not get cleaned until late in the afternoon. This is bad, because the towels weren't changed until then. We had to wait for fresh towels to get to the beach. Aside from that, the staff were friendly, and the room was a good size. The location is perfect though! The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, so are the high-end shopping areas. It's also right next to the International Market Place and right across from the bus stops to get to downtown. Alot of eateries around too, so hunting for inexpensive food, is not a problem. It's a little noisy at night, but aside from that, I would definitely stay there again, mainly for the convenience of the location.

10/19/2009The room was noisy due to location. the market place was below and the garbage trucks would go through early in the morning. a great place for night life.
