    Hotel was clean, updated, quality throughout! The ocean view was FANTASTIC! The bed was a Select Comfort king size bed - so comfy I felt like I was at home in my own bed! The sheets and towels were awesome. The fridge and microwave were great to have in the wet bar - lots of room to prepare sandwiches/food. I used room service for breakfast one morning and it was FAST! I used room service for a bottle of wine the first night since I didn't have a car until the next day to run and get my own, it was also very fast. The hotel was very quiet, I never heard anything from any of the surrounding rooms. The air/heating unit worked wonderful and I was very comfortable. Every staff member I had contact with was a pleasure to deal with. The beach and pool area are a breeze to access, too. I am looking forward to a return trip to this hotel since I will be back in a few months. The room I stayed in had a king bed and armoire with tv and had a sliding door to the balcony and the main room had a couch, chair, armoire with tv, desk and wet bar. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but there was an additional sink with good lighting for getting ready.

    My husband and I have stayed at many places in our life and have never walked away feeling so disappointed as we did here! the check in acted like signing you in was a bother. From there to 2 other employees that when you said anything like Good Morning or Hi it was like saying it to yourself. NEVER a reply! Heck after the 1st day i was on a mission to find a friendly face which I did when the eleavator wouldnt open on the 2nd floor. They were guest go figure, Room was dirty, no towles, and number bed didnt work. Next day after we came back to our so called cleaned room we had dirty glasses no coffee and and housekeeper outside by our door on a 10 minuted grip fest with another employee. So much for a romantic couple days. Our 2 day stay was spent on the beach, driving the coast and in town. Which we had a great time. On a good note the view was amazing from the 7th floor! As long as it wasnt windy when you were trying to get into your room then good luck! The fitness room was nice.

    This hotel was great it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. You could get brunch everyday for a very reasonable price plus they had dinner specials every night. The location was great it was close to everything. In fact there was a wonderful little bar next to the hotel that was great. The only negative I would have to say about the hotel was that the patio doors were very hard to open. I would stay there again.

    My girlfriend and I had a great time at the Radisson. We live in Orlando, and take weekend trips to the beach frequently. The hotel was a great value. Every room has an ocean view. Front desk was great. They changed our room from the 12th floor to a lower floor when we got squeamish over the height. The rooms have floor to ceiling glass with 2 entrances to the balcony. Breakfast at Lena's was great, and another great value. Especially since we drove around to all diners on the island the first day for breakfast to find a line out the door. Just go to the buffet and enjoy (it's about the same price). Waves are decent, (3-5 ft) with nice sand, and porpoise sightings daily. We will stay there again.
