    We checked in after 13 hours of Disney theme park. Tried to charge us the resort fee that had already been paid in advance. The girl at check in looked and saw that yes it was paid. We got to our room - TV was on - we couldn't get it to turn off manually or remote. We had to move furniture to get to the plug and unplug. We notified the front desk - they said they would send engineering up. Next morning at check out, (engineering still hadn't come to fix the TV)when we checked out they said they would be charging the resort fee to our credit card. Again, we had to argue at the front desk that it was already paid in advance. We also notified them again that their TV was not working and the light once you walk in wasn't working.

    My wife and I stayed at the Sun Regal as we visited Disney World after many years since our last visit. We are Florida residents and new that visitng the "parks" in October during the week is a good idea. The weather is nice and the crowds are relatively light. There was minimal waitng in long lines, 15 minutes max. The Sun Regal has aged well; the maintanence and up-keep are excellent. It is a short walk to Downtown Disney from the hotel and the free bus service to and from the attractions are very convenient. All-in-All, a very nice trip.

    The Regal Sun is a busy hotel with a great location just outside Disney Village. I stayed at the resort for business reasons but would also enjoy a stay for pleasure as well. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the staff friendly and effecient. Although the resort was "full" the weekend I was there, I never felt like it was!

    We stayed in the Disney Towers. Really worth the extra money. The only problems we encountered were: 1. The bathroom floors had black marks on them, that made you think it was some knid of bug. 2. The people in the next room got very loud at 4am in the morning the day we were leaving. The other nights it was quite. 3. The staff was very pleasant and brought plenty of towels when asked and even told us how long they would be available during their shift if we needed anything else. 4. The view of the fireworks from Disney and Epcot was fantastic. The view was wonderful. 5. We could walk to Down Town Disney. It was right across the street. Had we been going to any Disney Parks, the buses were right there. 6. I didn't like the fact that there was no free breakfast in the morning's for as much as the room cost. I have stayed in more expensive hotels that provided this plus. 7. The hot tub and pool really smelled strong of chlorine. But maybe that is a good thing. We would definately stay here again.

    We were greeted and taken care of immediately.. They had a room available so we were able to check in a few hours early.. They upgraded our room twice because of Florida residence and another because it was my birthday.. So we stayed where we could see the fireworks at disney right out of our room window. It was great
